President Sam Madesi

I’m pleased to be able to introduce you to Canada Association of Ugandans in Southern Alberta (CASA) one of the largest non – political formal association of Ugandans in the Alberta. Our organization aims to promote the social, cultural and economic development of the Ugandan Community in Canada and beyond. My vision is always about building a visionary model of members who makes life and business easier for our community.

Committee Activities

  • Coordination of all CASA’s education programs including all other committee’s educational campaigns
  • Developing and circulation all educational learning materials including Behavior Change and Communication (BCC) materials. 
  • Keep community informed of all developments at CASA including weekly updates on lifestyles, health pandemics and keep CASA’s social media engagingly alive. 
  • Research and keep community informed about educational scholarships available including CASA’s scholarships and fellowships.  
  • Facilitate Mental health, wellness living and self-care program services 
  • Facilitate Education and Career guidance services 
  • Promote Immigration and Acculturation Services 
  • Build a CASA Community Center.
